He was busted today and charged with possessing Marijuana and trademark secrets and also faces federal firearms violations charges for having a loaded weapon at school.

Mr. Tyson is a special education teacher at Lee High School in Huntsville, Alabama. The ATF is now involved for the gun! He has been the focus of an investigation for selling counterfeit items at school.

A 14 year-old Orlando boy was convicted of murder today for luring his friend into a middle school bathroom and stabbing him to death. Michael Hernandez was charged of First degree murder after he put on gloves and a wind breaker and stabbed his friend 42 times and slit his throat.

Police found a bloody glove and a knife in his backpack and witnesses put him in the bathroom that morning. He first denied the killing until blood was found on his clothing and the witnesses.

Th young man began to research his own behavier on web sites and must have decided that he was a serial killer. Doctors say that he wanted to become a serial killer, he almost did but he was caught. He is to be sentenced soon and faces like in prison.

Alabama will be starting a new program they may hit its overweight state employees with fines if they don't shape up! The state plans on solving 2 issues, obesity and health insurance with one move. By 2010 Alabama will be charging its state workers for health insurance! Currently single worker s are free and family plans are $180 a month! The new plan will raise singles to $20 per month! But there is a loophole, get an in office check-up which consist of test for glucose, cholesterol, hypertension, and body mass index!

Alabama will have the $25 dollar fee for those who don't want to be in the program. Alabama already charges$25 for smokers who have insurance! For the state of Alabama this program will be a win win situation. Not only will it increase the number of healthy people but for the ones who cost the system alot of money, they will start paying it back! Alabama is second in the nation with obesity rate!

The first arrest was after HUnker drove through a neighbors yard and ran over a small tree and hit a house. The second one came after an officer pulled him over when he was driving his heavily damaged car! The third came after someone called police saying he was suicidal! he then drove off in a new BMW and was tracked down. He said he drank a pint of Vodka!

There is really a problem with professors and college teachers who are drinking and doing crazy stuff! A few weeks ago a story came out about over 200 college presidents wanted to lower the drinking age to 18, many were ivy league schools also! It was a busy morning on I-10 as a dozen motorcycles were traveling 100 and then spotted by a state trooper. They then sped up a whopping 140 miles per hour and were caught by radio! A Gunman kills 2 and wounds 7 at a church in Tennessee. In Knoxville a man walked into church during a service a shot 9 people killing two. While 25 children sang JIm Dadkisson walked in with a guitar case and pulled out a shotgun and began to fire.

One of the church members stood between the people and the shooter and took a shot that could have killed or hurt many others. The shooter was tackled by John Bohstedt and being held on a one million dollar bail and is charged with first-degree murder.

Another Teacher can't keep her hands off a 16-year old student. Heather Kennedy of Long Island New York was arrested and charged with criminal contempt and criminal sexual acts.

Back in March 16, 2008, Kennedy was arrested and charged with third degree rape and child endangering the welfare of a minor. Only a few months later on July 21, 2008 she was arrested again after a boys father contacted officials.

The boy told his father that he was with Kennedy and the dad called police the next day!

After a tip to police they put Kennedy on surveillance and discovered that her and the boy were getting together. The boy told prosecutors that they had sex 5 times since her guilty plea. She is facing years in prison rather than the year that she was facing for the first arrest. She was out on a 100.000 bond and 52,000 cash bail.
It almost seems like this is happening more and more and needs to be changed. I am sure this will be an interesting trial! More to come!

Over 100 snakes were confiscated, 42 copperheads,11 timber rattlesnake, three cottonmouth water moccasins, two cobras, a puff adder, and a western back rattlesnake.

I am glad the feds are putting the smack down on these crazy people who think they are God. It is sad that a man of god would sale and keep snakes like this so he can handle them to test his faith. A true man of God would never allow people to get hurt and would not take the snakes from their home. They also found a alligator and turned all over to The Reptile Zoo, a nonprofit.

Old Tim decided to use a permanent marker to change his plates so when the camera caught him speeding they would send the ticket somewhere else. He was later captured hiding in a closet in a Van Buren home and did not resist the next day! A twelve year-old New Jersey girl was attacked by her uncles 18-year-old girlfriend Wednesday. Apparently the fight was over a comment that the girl was erasing on a Myspace page that belonged to Stephanie Torres. She was so mad that she stabbed the 12-year-old three times, once in the neck once in the arm and once in the rib. She was reported in stable condition.

The crazy Torres fled the scene after grabbing her dog and found near the hospital. Torres has two prier assault charges, she is being charged with weapons possession and assault! She used a three inch folding knife that she wore on her neck. Her bond is $75,000!

This story really makes me wonder how crazy people have become in this new changing world. I could only imagine how crazy this girl is and think it is sad that someone would hurt someone else over a MYspace comment. Come on people it is Myspace! God was arrested near a Tampa, Florida church! The police have been watching God Lucky Howard since April and they decided to bust him for selling cocaine. LUcky sold cocaine to an officer and they reported finding 22 grams and a scale at his home. Lucky has been charged with distribution and possession and is facing $86,500 in bond. Texas- An ex-cook is charged with placing foreign objects in a customers food. Ryan Kroop pleaded guilty in Washington County Circuit Court. The incident happened after a man complained about an overcooked steak which he almost had eating all of and the waiter offered another steak for the man. According to a witness Kroop cut a hole in the side of the steak and inserted hair say " These are my pubes." Kroop says he was angry because the customer was just trying to get free stuff. According to police Brian White, 32 of Warsaw stabbed CRistopher Johnson lead singer of Useless Wooden Toy. Useless Wooden Toy performed at the house party just hours before the stabbing death of Johnson. White and Johnson had been fighting and were separated and white ran out of the house and fatally stabbing the punk singer. Police found White hiding in the cellar of a near by home and he is facing murder charges. He is accused of stabbing the singer in the chest. According to witnessed the singer was stopping White after he had grabbed a girls butt.
The Minneapolis bands myspace page says their sound is like "a school bus full of kids crashing down the side of a hill."

A new York women is being held in jail in Denver for punching a flight attendant on a Jet Blue flight. Christina Elizabeth Szele of woodside was charged with assault and interference of a flight attendant. The FBI said that Christina was on flight 643 from New York to San Fransico when she yelled obscenities and racial remarks to a flight attendant, causing the flight to divert to Denver. She was smoking and the attendant tried to flex hand-cuff Szele, she broke free and punched the attendant in the jaw. She claims she was drinking and does not remember the incident.
