Orlando boy faces life for killing friend!

A 14 year-old Orlando boy was convicted of murder today for luring his friend into a middle school bathroom and stabbing him to death. Michael Hernandez was charged of First degree murder after he put on gloves and a wind breaker and stabbed his friend 42 times and slit his throat.

Police found a bloody glove and a knife in his backpack and witnesses put him in the bathroom that morning. He first denied the killing until blood was found on his clothing and the witnesses.

Th young man began to research his own behavier on web sites and must have decided that he was a serial killer. Doctors say that he wanted to become a serial killer, he almost did but he was caught. He is to be sentenced soon and faces like in prison.

Chatom , Alabama- An Alabama woman is facing charges after she bought a large quantity of phenylbutazone from a police informant. 35-year-old Martha Beech planned on spiking her husbands iv later this week after hah surgery. Phenylbutazone is a very powerful horse pain killer. Beech is being held on a $30,000 bond in Washington County. She has 6 kids and faces several charges.

Girl to auction Virginity for loan money

A sacramento state grad is auctioning off her virginity to pay off her student loans.
the auction is to take place at the Moonlight Bunny Ranch in Nevada! The student says it will help pay off off her loans and create some financial freedom. She said not anyone will will due and that she will take a medical exam to prove she is a virgin! Looks like a moral breakdown of America! why can't she o what most people do an work and pay off her loans, sounds like a loser to me! She is nothing but simply a prostitute!

Alabama state employees may have to shape up or pay up

Alabama  will be starting a new program they may hit  its overweight state employees with fines if they don't shape up! The state plans on solving 2 issues, obesity and health insurance with one move. By 2010 Alabama will be charging its state workers for health insurance! Currently single worker s are free and family plans are $180 a month! The new plan will raise singles to $20 per month!  But there is a loophole, get an in office check-up which consist of test for glucose, cholesterol, hypertension, and body mass index!

Alabama will have the $25 dollar fee for those who don't want to be in the program. Alabama already charges$25 for smokers who have insurance! For the state of Alabama this program will be a win win situation. Not only  will it increase the number of healthy people but for the ones who cost the system alot of money, they will start paying it back! Alabama is second in the nation with obesity rate!

The Redneck shop in lawsuit with church

In Columbia south Carolina the fight is on for one store owner as the church claims property rights. Not just any store but  "The Redneck Shop!" It is a store that is proud to sell KKK robes, shirts and other hate related items.  They also host a clan museum! 

Rev. David Kennedy says it is property of New Beginnings Baptist Church and was signed over by an angry clan member. It is reported by fox that he signed the building to the church in 1997 while fighting  with other members of the hate group! When the building was signed over there was a clause in the deed that lets John Howard run the store until he dies!

The lawsuit was filed Tuesday by the church! more to come on this one!
