Throwing M and Ms at Cop gets man in Jail

De Moines, Iowa- A 20 year-old from De Moines is being charged with throwing m&m’s at a police officer at a gas station. Sean McGuire, a student at Drake University was arrested early Sunday for throwing a few m&m’s at the cop! He was apparently taking up for a friend who was involved with a hit and run that the officer was investigating. Never throw candy at a cop!

Jail for daughters grades

Only in Ohio! An Ohio man has been sentenced to 180 days in jail for his adult’s daughter’s grades. Brian Gegner has been sent to jail for his daughters lack of passing the math portion of the General Equivalency Diploma (GED). Brians Gegners problems started when his daughter Brittany started skipping school 2 years ago. He was then in custody and Brittany admits she would skip school while at her mothers! It sounds like the judge should look at the mom a little harder! The judge is offering Gegners release upon the daughter passing the math exam! We wonder what is wrong with America!
