Researchers from Butler Hospital/Brown Medical School, Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School have been busy with a new study! They have been working on a pace maker for your brain.
Researchers say that it can treat depression and obsessive-compulsive disorder. It is a device planted in the chest and send impulses to the brain. Talk about a real life wired!
I have a big suggestion on how to change what we teach in school and society. I got an even better idea, lower gas prices and we will all lose a great amount of the depression that we have! I swear sometimes I read stories like this one and get sad that researchers are so dumb to to think they are going to make a good change in society. We already tried feeding everyone pills and have addicted the whole world to (street Drugs), why not hook them up to machines?
Sure the wire will be good for severe movement disorders, such as Parkinson’s disease, essential tremor and dystonia! I really think it is great, but to use it for Depression and and obsessive-compulsive disorder! I don’t buy it and think we should re-look at the way we look at things!
Another issue that bothers me here is what next? If they approve for these solutions why not hook it up to anything in the body? See we are almost about to be a robot society, let’s just hope we don’t have any short circuits!
