April 9th story i dug up! Remember the guy that tried to Sue Michael Vick for $63 billlion, he is back! Jonathan Lee Riches is has filed a request for a temporary restraining order in a US District Court He is claiming that Grand theft auto contributed to his wire fraud charges.
Tha claims against Rockstar games and Take-Two are that the content caused Riches to commit identity theft!
The kicker is that this dude is in jail and made the hand written complaint. He is in the the Federal Corrections Institute in Williamsburg County, S.C. Makes you wonder who is crazier, him or the guys filing the case, and allowing it to go to court. Come this dude is a fruit loop!
Riches has filed over 1,000 complaints in federal court. "I face imminent danger from violent inmates who played Grand Theft Auto who will knock me out and take my gold Jesus cross."
