inmate too fat to die

A columbus, Ohio Death Row inmate claims that he is too fat to to be executioned. He says that he is so fat they would have trouble finding his veins. He also claims that he taken a medication that may make the effectiveness of the chemicals to work.
Cooey was sentenced to die for raping and murdering two female University of Akron students in 1986. More to come on this story soon!
