School fakes students death for hours

Today I read some of the craziest news I have ever read! Last month in Oceanside, California HIghway Patrol officers announced that several students had been killed in car wrecks. A couple hours pass and students learn that is was a hoax. It is a program called Scared-Straight designed by school officials. Students became angry after they learned it was staged and that their friends were not really dead. The Officers announced that one student was rear-ended by a drunk driver. The San Diego school had a meeting and up-set students expressed their outrage against the staged death act. Many students heard of 26 deaths and did not find the truth until hours later.

Many students have expressed bitterness and feel betrayed by the ones who are here to protect them. I agree that this should have never happened and the ones who planned it should have not lied to young kids about death. I have a better solution tighten down on under-age beer drinking. If a kid gets caught drinking under-age he should go to a center for help. To use death as a scare tactic is very scary and I am for sure there will be some law-suites against the school and others who approved this act.

Three kids find Grenade on Beach

HUDSON, Wis.-Imagine being a kid and helping clean up the beach only to find a Grenade! That is right three kids were clean the beach along the Hudson for community service work and found a hand grenade. Charilie Thompson, 11, Maddie Roth, 10, and Demetri Roth found the grenade and was taking it home when the neighbor saw it and called police. They shut down the block and discovered that it was rusted trough and showed no sign of danger! They wanted to keep it for a p souvenir but the police are holding it for now!

8th grader accused of planting killer Crumbs

Lexington, KY- AN 8th grader is being accused of planting peanut butter cookie crumbs in another kids lunch! It is well know that the kid is severely allergic to peanuts. It only takes a trace amount of peanut oil to kill someone with this allergy. Luckily this kid found it before he ate it!
The eight-grader is facing felony charges for planting the crumbs! The kids are becoming more and more crazy!

California Mayor and wife arrested- stealing from kids!

DELANTO, Calif. – A California mayor and his wife are sentenced for taking more than 20,000 from little funds.

Kelly Nehmens, 44, and Jim Nehmens have been sticking money in their pockets for the last three years. Every year the league's annual fireworks sales went missing and finally they got caught! You must be a very sad person to steal from a Kids league!

The Nehmens pleaded guilty to grand theft by embezzlement and perjury on Thursday and sentenced to 6 months in the pen. The former mayor was president of the Adelanto Little League and his wife was a board member the years the money went missing! They should have gotten more time for this one and should pay double for what they stole!

Getting paid to go to High School!

Waterbury, Con- It is paying good to be smart these days in Connecticut. Wilby High school in Waterbury is giving cash for passing AP classes. For every test they pass they will earn $100 green ones! The payments are funded by the National Math and Science Institute and also cover training and new equipment! I can’t believe how times are changing and how people pay you to be smart! Wish I could get back in school and pay off some bills! Wouldn’t it be smarter to start the kids a college fund instead of giving them cash so they can go buy a bag! I guess sometimes you gotta be dumb before you can be smart! One day you will say, “I told you so!”
