Teacher back in news for affair with student

Another Teacher can't keep her hands off a 16-year old student. Heather Kennedy of Long Island New York was arrested and charged with criminal contempt and criminal sexual acts.

Back in March 16, 2008, Kennedy was arrested and charged with third degree rape and child endangering the welfare of a minor. Only a few months later on July 21, 2008 she was arrested again after a boys father contacted officials.

The boy told his father that he was with Kennedy and the dad called police the next day!

After a tip to police they put Kennedy on surveillance and discovered that her and the boy were getting together. The boy told prosecutors that they had sex 5 times since her guilty plea. She is facing years in prison rather than the year that she was facing for the first arrest. She was out on a 100.000 bond and 52,000 cash bail.
It almost seems like this is happening more and more and needs to be changed. I am sure this will be an interesting trial! More to come!

Suspended Teacher gets caught having sex third time within year!

Tampa Bay, Fl- A Tampa Bay middle school teacher was out on bail after having sex with 2 students and got caught having sex with one of them again! Stephanie Ragusa managed to be arrested for the third time within a year for sex with a minor! The arrest affidavit states she was caught at one of the 16-year-olds boys house while she was leaving to get in her boyfriends truck. She claims that she went to the boy’s house to talk about the case, I call bullcrap on that one!

She was first arrested March 13 and charged with having sex three times with a Davidsen Middle School student, then 14. The relations happened between January and May 2007! Police say she started another relationship with another 15-year-old boy during February of this relationship! That is a right two underage boy at the same time! She has been charged with several counts of lewd and lascivious battery for the second arrest. She remains suspended without pay at Martinez Middle School, according to the Hillsborough County School District.

Teachers like this should never teach and should be in prison away from young kids! I bet she will be back on the streets in no time to do it again!
